Accords ("we", "us", "our") provides the Accords platform, including AccordsConnectors, AccordsVault, AccordsServers, and the ContractLane Protocol (CLP) (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Open Source Components

The ContractLane Protocol is released under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of any open-source components is governed by the relevant license terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable open-source license with respect to those components, the open-source license shall prevail.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Services
  • Reverse-engineer the closed-source components of the Services
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Services
  • Use the Services to facilitate unauthorized access to third-party systems

The Accords brand, website content, and all non-open-source components are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. "Accords", "AccordsConnectors", "AccordsVault" (formerly VaultClaw), "AccordsServers", and "ContractLane Protocol" are trademarks of Accords. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accords shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the closed-source Services will cease immediately. Open-source components remain available under their respective licenses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
