AccordsAI ("we", "us", "our") provides Accords Market, Accords Passport, Accords Agents, the ContractLane Protocol (CLP), and AccordsVault (collectively, the "Services"), and operates the accords.ai website, including its informational pages and the in-browser receipt verifier (the "Site"). References to the Services include the Site unless stated otherwise. By using the Site or the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Open Source Components

AccordsVault and the ContractLane Protocol are released under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of these open-source components is governed by the Apache 2.0 license terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apache 2.0 license with respect to open-source components, the Apache 2.0 license shall prevail.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Services
• Use the Services to facilitate unauthorized access to third-party systems

4. Intellectual Property

The Accords brand, website content, and all non-open-source components are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. "AccordsAI", "Accords", "Accords Market", "Accords Passport", "Accords Agents", "AccordsVault", and "ContractLane Protocol" are trademarks of AccordsAI. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

6. Informational Content

The Site, including the asset-class explainer pages, describes market structure and how the Services work. It is informational. Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, commodity, or other instrument. The specimen receipts shown are illustrative documents, not records of actual transactions. Decisions you make after reading the Site are your own.

11. Changes to Terms

12. General
