Is this an audit?
No. An audit is an opinion at a point in time. Accords Passport is a record that updates with the supply it describes, and its backing claims verify against issuance whenever anyone asks. The two work together; one does not replace the other.
What does Accords Passport actually prove?
That the record the issuer maintains matches what is outstanding, continuously. It proves the recorded claim; the underlying documents behind the record stay access-gated by the holder.
Does it require Accords Market or Accords Agents?
No. Accords Passport runs on Accords OS and stands alone. An operator running Accords Agents gets both artifacts from one integration: receipts for actions, Passport records for supply.
